I think 2009 is more challenging year for all of us. Market is slow, distributors are crying for collection of payments & orders. At the end our sales team will face tough time on the field this year. Over all every one is panic due to current situation. We need to pass on massage to our sales team that, this is a real time when we have to work really heard to achieve our goals. This is a time we have to show our leadership qualities. We have to convey them that what we have already achieved gives us hope for what we can and must achieve tomorrow. This is our time - to put our people back to work and open doors of hope & opportunity for them. That’s why I suggest NSM theme for 2009 is “leadership begins in Crises”
